My wife, my daughter, and several of our friends are into all sorts of crafting hobbies. They like to create decorative T-shirts, quilts, blankets, clothing, etc. Each uses various types of pens or markers to draw lines to mark where to cut the patterns and also to draw creative designs on the fabric. I have included pictures from one such fabric artist creating designs on fabric using these new fabric markers. She drew on T-shirts as well as various types of materials to try out the markers. She was impressed with the ZenZoi collection of colors and that each marker had a fine tip on one end and a chisel tip on the other. And with a choice of chisel tip or fine point it is much easier to do fine line drawings or labeling on more intricate drawings or projects.
The T-shirt fabric seemed to absorb the ink more readily that fabrics with a courser weave. The artist liked the selection of colors chosen for fabric decorating. Once you take a marker out of the container you have to shake and jiggle the container to get the markers back in. The diameter of the container could have been just a touch larger to accommodate the markers. After showing this set of fabric markers to several crafting friends, the only problem I see is one set is not going to be nearly enough to satisfy the needs of each of these hobbyists. This is a great set of fabric markers and looks like a must repeat purchase.
