One of the things I like about going to a physical therapist is starting the therapy session with their tens unit. Let the tens unit apply a stimulation to the sore muscles to relax them and provide pain relief. After having experienced the use of ten unit numerous times with a professional therapist this is a great replacement. I no longer need a trip to a therapist and I no longer need to pay those expensive the insurance deductibles. With my own home tens unit I can apply the stimulation I need whenever I need it and where ever I need it. This is a professional grade tens unit that is capable of providing the stimulation and muscle pain relief as the larger units at a doctor’s office. I like the ability to adjust the power levels so that you can start with a low setting and increase the power level as you need it. So many of those small units available at the drug store are for one part off the body and are not designed for use in all body parts. I like the massage settings that can be used provide even more relief and muscle stimulation. This unit has rechargeable batteries. The small drug store units require battery replacement after virtually every use. And the batteries are not cheap or even easy to find. This Easy@Home unit is portable and fits easily into the leather storage bag that is included. This unit has controls that are easy to set and are capable of having controls for the left and right side. You can set the power as well as the length of time for the session. With the visual display you can see the time remaining for a session. I would suggest that you buy extra pads as I can almost guarantee that you are going to use it quite often.
