KATU B503-38 Office Chair Caster Wheel 2 Inch Diameter, Stem Diameter 11x22 MM. The Katu Caster Wheel set comes with five wheels.  They are classic black and appear to be sturdy and well made. Each wheel has the maximum weight capacity of 110 lbs. The user's weight is divided by the number of wheels on the chair. The wheels move smoothly along the floor. They don't have any issues and they were easy to install. They performed exactly how I anticipated that they would. They may have been designed for low carpet but they seem to work as well on a tile floor. I would recommend them to anyone in need of replacement wheels for an office chair. The box of wheels was actually quite heavy because the wheels are just as sturdy as the ones they replaced. They easily snapped right into place.

My wife has been after me for some time now to get several wheels replaced on chairs in our den and this was a great replacement. She was pleased at the replacement and so was I. No more trying to perform a balancing act while sitting in our chairs or taking a caster from one broken chair to fix another. Finally all the chairs have casters that move easily and support the user. This was truly a great replacement caster.

Customers leaving a critical review are often writing out of frustration because they had a bad experience, and they will often point out concerns that are valid that positive reviewers may often glaze over or even ignore. With all reviews, I encourage you to read between the lines. If the review is totally generic and the words could be written for any product then I suggest that you ignore that review.
